Welcome to DigAssist. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the DigAssist platform, website, and related services. By using DigAssist, you agree to follow these Terms and any other policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the platform.

1. What DigAssist Provides

DigAssist is an internal operations and client management platform that may include dashboards, project tools, task management, communication features, reports, forms, documents, integrations, and other business workflow tools made available by DigAssist from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.
  • Do not upload harmful code, spam, or content that violates law or third-party rights.
  • Do not scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, or copy DigAssist content or functionality without permission.
  • Do not use DigAssist to impersonate others or to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

4. Content, Data, and Ownership

Content you submit into DigAssist remains yours or your organization's subject to any applicable agreement. You grant DigAssist permission to host, process, store, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate the platform and provide the requested services.

DigAssist and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, source code, design, branding, templates, workflows, and other materials not expressly provided by users.

5. Third-Party Services

DigAssist may connect with third-party tools and services, including but not limited to calendar, communications, analytics, CRM, advertising, storage, or automation platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or actions of those third parties.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep DigAssist available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance, security, or product changes.

7. Disclaimer

DigAssist is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the platform will be error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigAssist will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to DigAssist if we believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or if continued access could create risk to the platform, users, or data.
